INFO PRICES:Prices are intended
per apartment and day (minimum occupancy). In case of delayed arrival, premature departure or unoccupied beds, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:Final cleaning, bed and kitchen linen, dishwasher, water boiler, moka, wi-fi connection, satellite TV, electricity, gas and heating, private parking, ski room with boot warmer, summer: storage for mountain bikes, garden and terrace with deck chairs, children's playground.
TOURIST TAX:Prices do not include the tourist tax of 2.30€ per day (>14 years).
STAYINGS:Rentals take place for a minimum of 1 week. From end of June to mid September and during the Christmas period, rentals take place for a minimum of 2 weeks. In any case, do not hesitate to request a personalized offer, in which, where possible, we could take into account your particular needs.
VARIOUS SERVICES:
- Towel set rental at € 3.00 per person / week.
- Four-legged friends (dogs only) for € 100.00 per week - a deposit of € 200.00 is required.
- Use of shared washing machine at extra cost
- Extra bed for children up to 3 years € 80.00 per week
- Fresh bread service € 25.00 per week (winter only), bread price not included.
- Lunch and / or dinner at our Ütia Florian restaurant.
RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT:
The reservation becomes binding upon payment of the deposit agreed and the receipt of our written confirmation.
PAYMENT MODES:The final bill is paid upon check-in.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- The deposit is not refundable.
- From 30 to 10 days before the arrival date, half of the total amount will be charged.
- For cancellations under 10 days from the date of arrival, the total amount of the stay will be charged minus 20% for non-use of the apartment.
CHECK IN:From 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. (late check-in also possible - please let us know in advance).
CHECK-OUT:Till 9 a.m.
ACCESSIBILITY TO THE APARTMENTS:For security and confidentiality reasons, access to the apartments and its appliances is allowed only to the guests of the Apartments Plaön identified at the time of booking.
ANIMALS (dogs only):4-legged friends are welcome at the price of 100.00 € per week. A deposit of € 200.00 is required, which will be retained in case of inconvenience.
NO SMOKING:Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:We recommend you to contact your insurance company and insure your journey against cancellation, early termination or late arrival.
