On holiday, you decide the times. There are days when we take it easy, days to climb a mountain, and days to relax. What better occasion to enjoy a delicious Ladin lunch? In a family-led hut, we will make you taste typical dishes of our mountains, such as our Tyrolean dish, based on fragrant speck and tasty local cheeses. Why not try two must-haves from the Ladin tradition, a barley soup, a classic dish from the peasant tradition, or the cajincí, crescents stuffed with ricotta and spinach? Followed by the latter which are a hymn to the flavor: beef goulash accompanied by bacon dumplings, excellent cuts of beef from local farms, polenta with sausage and cheese. Mouth-watering! And reserve a small space for a nice slice of strudel embellished with vanilla ice cream or for an excellent chocolate cake. Don't you already have your mouth watering?

Dinners in the mountain hut
A dinner with a capital "D" in front of a table set among friends. All together to talk about the beautiful day just passed. These are the best memories of a vacation. Our hut is also ideal for a romantic dinner with a typical South Tyrolean à la carte menu or a snack at the bar, an aperitif on the terrace, in the Tyrolean stube or in a former cabin of a ski lift adapted in winter. The choice of wines, grappas and liqueurs is vast, accurate and perfectly matched, with particular attention to the typical South Tyrolean products. In summer we are open every evening (see season periods). In winter, during the Christmas season, we are open every evening and then every Tuesday and Friday. Just a phone call and the evening will take a whole different turn!

Summer
We are in the middle of the greenery, a stone's throw from the woods, where silence reigns. Fun is guaranteed for children, including various games, between goats, rabbits and grazing cows. The little ones will be able to run and experience the mountains in total freedom and safety. Mom and dad can simply watch, while they relax on comfortable chairs. Priceless moments of peace and family harmony!

After a whole day spent plowing white slopes, steep and comfortable tracks, the desire to relax and socialize is huge. Our Ütia Florian hut is there, ready to welcome you and offer you a mulled wine, a bombardino or a hot chocolate. The best way to end the day on a high note!

How to reach us
Location in Alta Badia
Our refuge can be reached with a short walk from the center of La Villa. Taking the parish church as a reference, a 15-minute walk is enough and you're done. In addition, being in the upper part of the village, you can also come by car. In summer, going down the Gardenaccia you can stop in the hut using a comfortable chair lift (on foot or by bike it will take between 20 and 40 minutes). In Winter, of course, you can get there on skis, along the Gardenaccia slope, on the opposite side of the famous Gran Risa. You will be gratified by a fantastic panorama.
