Terms and Conditions
MINIMUM BOOKING PERIOD:
WINTER: 7 nights
SUMMER: July and August: 2 weeks
SUMMER: June and September: 7 nights
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Final cleaning, bed and kitchen linen, dishwasher, water boiler, moka, wi-fi connection, satellite TV, electricity, gas and heating, private parking, ski room with boot warmer, summer: storage for mountain bikes, garden and terrace with deck chairs, children's playground.
TOURIST TAX:
Prices do not include the tourist tax of 2.30€ per day (>14 years).
VARIOUS SERVICES:
The reservation becomes binding upon payment of the deposit agreed and the receipt of our written confirmation.
PAYMENT MODES:
The final bill is paid upon check-in.

ACCESSIBILITY TO THE APARTMENTS:
For security and confidentiality reasons, access to the apartments and its appliances is allowed only to the guests of the Apartments Plaön identified at the time of booking.
ANIMALS (dogs only):
4-legged friends are welcome at the price of 100.00 € per week. A deposit of € 200.00 is required, which will be retained in case of inconvenience.
NO SMOKING:
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We recommend you to contact your insurance company and insure your journey against cancellation, early termination or late arrival.

- Fresh bread service € 25.00 per week (winter only), bread price not included.
- Lunch and / or dinner at our Ütia Florian restaurant.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- The deposit is not refundable.
- From 30 to 10 days before the arrival date, half of the total amount will be charged.
- For cancellations under 10 days from the date of arrival, the total amount of the stay will be charged minus 20% for non-use of the apartment.
